Hey John,

It has obviously been forever since we've sang together and spoke. My best wishes for you during your treatments. The photos and your travel adventures look amazing. Stay positive as I always remember you for being. My prayers and best regards are with you. Definitely keep posting. Having worked with alot of survivors at Coast to Coast and having a brother and grandparent with Crohn's and colitis, this is a great way to keep yourself on track and keep those who care about you informed on how you are doing. Keep it up!

Take care,

John

hi john!
i'm not sure if you ever got my emails...but i have been reading your posts and am wishing you good luck!
i read what you wrote about probiotics...its really important to take them the whole time you're on antibiotics...
and there is a huge range of quality and different strains of probiotics..
one of the best is:
http://www.gardenoflife.com/ProductsforLife/SUPPLEMENTS/DigestiveHealth/PrimalDefense/tabid/638/Default.aspx

i highly highly recommend it, over most others. the ones in stonyfield yogurt etc, is only a few strains. you need a lot of other strains to maintain good beneficial bacteria...

I don't know about that probiotics crap. I think you should stay away from anything that isn't just plain food. I wouldn't trust my life to something that has to have the disclaimer:

Stay safe. I miss you.
John
